Hi, I'm Jessica Jantzen, and I've spent over 10 years immersed in the world of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience (CX). I’ve had the chance to work across startups, scale-ups, and large corporations, helping them build CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and retention. Right now, I’m the Head of CRM & CX at Project A Ventures, where I focus on helping ventures scale through smart CRM strategies.
I’m also the founder of INSIDE CRM, a platform I created to bring CRM professionals together through newsletters, podcasts, and meetups. Sharing knowledge and helping others succeed in CRM is something I’m truly passionate about, and INSIDE CRM is all about creating a space where experts can share stories, exchange ideas, and grow together.
